BIJENDER SINGH, ADVOCATE
A practicing lawyer since 1997. The demands of profession and the emerging professional dimensions led to the founding of Bijender Singh Associates (BSA) LLP in New Delhi, which has forayed into the emerging practice areas and now known as one of the go to Corporate and litigation firms. A professional career spanning over more than two decades, with his commitment and conviction, he has successfully persuaded the Highest Court of the land, High Courts and Specialized Tribunal on legal propositions, pertaining to the Constitutional, corporate, commercial and civil laws. His commitment to the cause of environment, underprivileged, human rights, transparency and accountability in public affairs.
Mr. Singh has a sui generis ability of handling all matters within the firm and does not have to rely on outside counsels. BSA offers its clients end-to-end solutions covering all aspects.
During his legal practice he happens to have appeared for PSBs, CPSEs, State and Central Government and a variety of Corporate and individuals’ clients. He has also handled several pro-bono and amicus matters. He has also been sought by autonomous bodies and the authorities involved in formulation of law, rules, regulations or bye laws.
Mr. Singh strives to build a relationship with his clients. He is a focused problem-solver who understands the challenges that each case presents and effectively brings solutions to the table.
